Vista 1 - the ex-Social Club The Vista 1 lot holds the first construction on the south side of the Rancho. Back before the Great Recession, realtors felt that every gated community "had to have" a social center. So, we framed in the beginning of a Social Club, on what is now the Vista 1 lot. Fast forward 5 years -- no one wants to pay the extra price for having a social center, and that lot/construction are now for sale as a house site.
