Hacienda Alta and Rancho del Paso are two neighboring properties, just east of Chapala, on a ridgeline with sweeping views of Lake Chapala, the valleys below the ridgeline, and the mountains to the east and north. Quiet and secure, lovely breezes wafting up from the lake.
Hacienda Alta is a small gated subdivison of 6 building lots within the walls and fences shared with Rancho del Paso - but it has its own private secured entry gate and private access road.
Rancho del Paso is a private residence, with pastures and stables for the owners' Peruvian Paso horses. It lies to the north of Hacienda Alta, and two acres of lush grassy pastures separate the two properties.
